The NEX handle is designed for pushing incisions, offering easy, deep scoring with minimal effort—perfect for rough, thick, and large tiles. Its ergonomic push-style handle keeps the 16 mm scoring wheel clearly visible from the operator’s side, with double suspension for cushioned scoring on structured surfaces.

The wheel rotates on a bearing and is guided by an anti-friction metal shell inside a CNC-milled holder to prevent friction and lateral clearance. The 16 mm wheel is also available in a TIN-coated version.

A 120 mm splitting foot with an interchangeable anti-mark pad ensures clean splitting. The sliding carriage runs clearance-free on three double-row ball bearings for long-term precision, with an automatic handle-lift system to make tile insertion easier.

Additional features include an automatic steel compensator for adjusting slide preload, automatic foot rotation during splitting, and a front rubber pad to absorb impact during scoring and protect the base.
